In the framework of the cooperation signed by BuildUp with its local partners in China, for the promotion of Greek real estate to the buying and investing public of China, and in consultation with them, the Chinese television network Phoenix visited our country to cover BuildUp projects, to make a report on Greece and to be informed by the Deputy Minister of Development Mr. Mitarakis, about the new Greek legislation on licensing residence in non-European Union citizens with the purchase of real estate over 250,000 euros.
